Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

For a standard return, food products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened food products are generally not eligible for return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order is damaged, incorrect, defective, or affected by a shipping issue, please contact us through the Contact Us page. Depending on our review, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Before Sending a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back. The return address and responsibility for return shipping are still being finalized and will be provided when a return is approved.
