RUBYST Pure Goji is pressed from fresh goji berries grown in Zhongning, Ningxia, one of the world's most respected goji regions. About 200 fresh berries are pressed to make 100 mL of dense, naturally sweet goji pulp with nothing added.

01 30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products purchased directly from drinkrubyst.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unopened and unused
Be in its original packaging
Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Have been purchased directly from drinkrubyst.com

Please contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error by RUBYST, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

02 First Order Satisfaction Guarantee

Trying RUBYST for the first time? We want your first experience to feel risk-free.

If you try a RUBYST product from your first order and decide it isn't right for you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Our First Order Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one opened product from your first purchase. We may ask for your order number, a photo of the remaining product, and brief feedback about your experience.

As a general guideline, at least 50% of the product should remain.

The First Order Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, household, or shipping address and does not apply to products that have been substantially or fully consumed.

03 Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a photo of the shipping package, a photo of the affected product, and a photo of the lot or batch number if available.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return damaged or leaking food products unless specifically requested by our customer support team.

04 Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After confirming the issue, we will either send the missing item or issue an appropriate refund.

05 Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, front porch, other delivery areas, household members, building front desk or mailroom, and nearby neighbors.

Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before it physically arrives. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

06 Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard return policy.

07 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before shipment, contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, RUBYST cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, we may refund the eligible product value after the package is returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

08 Refund Processing

Once a return or refund request has been approved, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

After RUBYST issues the refund, your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

09 Promotions, Gift Cards & Other Retailers

Promotional Items and Free Gifts

Complimentary samples, promotional gifts, and free products have no cash value and are not eligible for individual refunds.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Purchases From Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through drinkrubyst.com. Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail stores, or other third-party sellers are subject to that retailer's return and refund policies.

Return Abuse and Fraud

RUBYST reserves the right to review and limit refunds or replacements in cases involving suspected fraud, repeated refund claims, excessive claims, or abuse of this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
